Our recipe is perfect for whipping up a stack of pancakes in a short span of time.

These pancakes are easy to make and no fuss, so you can even get the kids and grandkids involved too!

Serves: 12

Ingredients

• 100g Plain Flour
• 2 Large Eggs
• 300ml Milk
• 1tbsp Sunflower Oil

Instructions

1. Using a large mixing bowl, add your flour, eggs, milk, sunflower oil and a pinch of salt and whisk until you have a smooth batter that’s similar in consistency to single cream.

2. Set aside to rest for half an hour if you have time, otherwise start using the batter straight away.

3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a tsp of butter.

4. Then once the butter has melted, slowly start adding your batter and cooking each pancake until they are golden on each side.

5. Serve with your topping of choice (we recommend lemon and caster sugar or strawberries and nutella).
